SIZING
The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric and style of each of them. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. 

COLORS
Every effort has been made to accurately show and display the products that appear on the site, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as screens and monitors of electronic devices vary. Furthermore, colors may vary in pictures from the actual product.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use www.purusham.com or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the site.

CANCELLATIONS BY www.purusham.com
www.purusham.com shall refuse and cancel orders placed by you due to non-availability of product and inform you about rejection of your order. Purusham will refund your payment within 7 working days. With respect to refund, www.purusham.com will give necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days. It is pertinent to note that the payment gateways may take upto 30 days to credit such an amount to your account.

Please note that delivery timelines can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:
*Complete payment is not received
*Incorrect/inaccurate contact details
*Pending measurements
*No response or delay in response from the customer
*Unforeseen circumstances at our manufacturing unit
*Other unforeseen circumstances
*Delay from our courier partners for reasons unknown  

www.purusham.com should not be liable for any non-delivery of the product if details provided by you, such as recipient name, address or contact number is incorrect. If the product is returned to www.purusham.com , we will be entitled to charge extra cost for resending the product(s) back on the correct address. The extra cost of re-delivery shall be paid upfront and the delivery time may extend. 

SHIPPING DETAILS
For Domestic Customers: Free shipping across India. 
For International Customers: The charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and also the country where the parcel has to be dispatched to. Shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry. However the base price is INR 3500.

RETURNS
Most of our garments are on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. Exactness is not guaranteed.

TAXES & DUTIES
For Domestic Customers
All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
