We can make the outfit as per the size chart or you can send us your customized measurements according to our provided measuring guide. For plus sizes, 'XXL' and above (bust size 44 inches and above), we charge a 10% additional charge on the MRP of the product.

Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our site. However, in case a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
Our products are hand-crafted and hand-dyed. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the real product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
Each garment is hand embroidered and sewn, and each order is made-to-measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30-45 days, however it is mentioned individually in the details of every product. Please note that once the order has been shipped from our courier partner and the tracking details have been shared with you upon request, we are not liable for any delay whatsoever. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The order can be collected from our store in Mumbai, or we can have it shipped to you at your doorstep.
HOW DO I GET MY OUTFIT ALTERED?
We generally keep a 3-4" margin in all our custom-made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you and are getting shipped to you, there may be minimal alterations. Please note that we will only alter within 45 days of your receiving the product and post that period, alterations will be charged for. The charges will vary depending on the alteration. Shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

HOW DO WE SEND THE ORDER FOR ALTERATIONS?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order to our Flagship Store in Mumbai. Address is Purusham Alternatively, you can drop-off the product at the given address as well. Please note that we do not get any alterations picked and shipping charges for altered products will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us.
I SHOPPED THE PRODUCTS FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN ANY ALTERATIONS BE DONE?

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?
